Q. Is there a cost to take a course or obtain a certificate?
A. All courses are offered free of charge.
Q. I did not receive an automatic email to active my student account at elaborers.
A. Some people use an email spam guard and when the activation is emailed from elaborers.com it may be blocked by your computer. If you are having difficulties activating your account then use our contact form to request activation. Please allow three days for processing of this request. We will notify you upon activation.
Q. Can I study the course content and receive a certificate with dial-up internet access?
A. Yes, we have provided text versions of the course content to assist you. The course certificates are approximately 780 KB and download in 34 seconds on DSL or broadband and 3 minutes on a 38 Kb/s dialup internet connection.
